Pathetic Product do not buy

This is a caution for any one who is buying the tab, please do not buy. My product went bad just after 1 year and it cannot be serviced. I have called Sptelecom neo 4 corporation and no support from them. This is a very bad product. The service center is not bothered to service the product. The touch panel went bad just after 1 yearnI suggest to all that please don't buy this tablet .......nit goes Defective and at this time it's at service centre....nANd the major Problem is that ..this product is not registered on GOOGLE PLAY STORE So you can't download any app from your pc .............. And you can't fing this device at any other site that can provide you ANDROID APPS .......aND No HARDWARE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE TILL nOW..........

Disappointed with the quality and lack of info ...

The product rating , info and reviews given above are shockingly misleading. The product has a poor display with a resistive touch like feeling ,no back camera, and one can only wish there was never a front camera after using the front cam. Moreover it does not come with a SIM card slot and even the 3G dongle support is just as troublesome as trying to get help from SPCtelecom customer care. One cannot expect iPad like quality for this price but still this product also does not deserve the price tag nor the hyped ratings it has been set for.
