Flipkart is a place where not only one could find best deals but a satisfactory customer service as well!!..nI am spellbound and can't think from where to start. nI ordered this awe-superb-some tablet (as per the features Vs price) from this amazing website & honestly at the beginning, I was having doubts on their product & after sale service, as I was gifting this to my parents.nThe delivery was quick and before promised day. One can track shipment through website (another customer-centric approach).nThe tablet received started showing problems with On/Off with other things, within a week.nMy parents were angry and told me not to buy anything from online store in future & its better to buy electronics, in person.nI was equally agitated and registered complain with Flipkart, expecting the usual reply like we can't exchange / refund OR u must contact service center etc. nHOWEVER, TO MY SURPRISE, after registering complain, I received call within 48 HOURS from FLIPKART asking the troubles I was facing with tablet. They addressed my query with utmost professionalism and were very courteous throughout the call.nBy the end of the conversation, FLIPKART agreed to replace the product & there was literally NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!...nnNot only I was surprised but my parents as well!!... nnI usually purchase most of the electronic/luxury items through different online portals only & have faced so many troubles when it comes to exchange / refund.nnHOWEVER, with FLIPKART it was a whole new experience. Impeccable customer service, superb deals and spectacular website designing.nnI don't want to exaggerate BUT, Flipkart.com is FUTURE of ONLINE MARKETING.Period

I think it is one of the best & world class tablet which is coming with all features under low budget, I already booked this one and waiting for the same, I checked technical features of the Swipe MTV slate tablet, I got what i am searched one from flipkart with attractive price and also flipkart offering good price as compare other online parties, i found same tablet is selling "xyz" Rs.13700/14000/14500 range of price but flipkart offering only 12999/- . If the tablet will give all thing for me which is they offered I will definitely recommend to my friends/family circle to purchase the same. Now i am going to give my wife as wedding anniversary gift, I attracted things are: Stylish look as Apple mini tab with white colour , 3g calling & Internet facility through SIM with clock speed 1.2 GHz as well as 1GB Ram . 7.8" screen size with attractive flap, 8gb ROM can use for downloading of applications apart this 15GB cloudy SD card which can use for our personal datas apart we can extend the memmory to 32 GB, Also 5Mp camera,,,, I could not say the life of battery, they giving 3200mah may be get min 5hr if use 3g, however waiting for see....Thanks...
