The Toshiba Satellite Pro B40-A I0015 comes at a reasonable price and has the efficiency to handle standard business oriented tasks efficiently. The manufacturer has skipped any preloaded OS which is acceptable in light of its price. It is pretty thick as well.

Display and Design

The Toshiba Satellite Pro B40-A I0015 features a 14-inch HD Clear SuperView LED backlit TFT display offering visuals with increased amount of brightness and a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is wrapped in a dull black coloured outfit which has a thickness of 32.5mm and a weight of 2.2kg.

Processor and OS

Under the hood, there is a 2.4GHz Intel Core i3 processor belonging to the third generation and based on HM76 Express chipset. Assisting it is a standard 4GB DDR3 RAM which operates at 1,600MHz and is expandable up to 16GB via two unused DIMM ports. It takes care of rich games and videos with the integrated Intel HD GPU. It doesn't have any preloaded user friendly OS.

Camera, Storage and Others

The Toshiba Satellite Pro B40-A I0015 sports a simple webcam for managing the video calling needs of the user. The 500GB SATA hard disk provides plenty of space for creating a library of files. It also has a DVD Writer so that you can store data on disks and retrieve them when required. The input functions are executed by a standard keyboard and multi touch gesture supported touchpad.

Keeping the Toshiba Satellite Pro B40-A I0015 juiced up is a 6 cell Li-ion battery. The networking and connectivity features come in the form of VGA port, Gigabit Ethernet, one USB 3.0 slot, two USB 2.0 slots, HDMI out, Bluetooth v4.0, WLAN and digital media reader.
