Verdict
The Toshiba Satellite C855-S5115 is a superb performer with great battery backup. The powerful combination of strong processor along with lot of RAM outputs amazing performance. However, a dedicated GPU was expected in this budget.

Display and Configuration
 
The Toshiba Satellite C855-S5115 laptop comes with a 15.6-inch Truelife LED backlit display and runs on Windows 10 Home Basic operating system. It has a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Inside the laptop, there is a 2.5GHz Intel Core i3-3120M processor which acts a brain of the system. The processor is aided by 4GB of DDR3 RAM and an onboard Intel HD Graphics 4000 GPU seated upon Intel HM76 Express chipset. The user can increase the RAM capacity upto 16GB for better performance.
 
Camera and Storage
 
For image clicking, video calling and shooting, there is a webcam stacked above the display screen. It captures clear videos and supports HD video recording say 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. In terms of storage, the Toshiba Satellite C855-S5115 houses a 500GB SATA hard disk in which one can store a large number of different files. The hard disk revolves at a speed of 5,400 revolutions per minute and performs well.
