Bought this laptop last week, wondering why Toshiba a company known for quality laptops (have had several Toshiba laptops in the past) would allow such pass quality control. some of the concerns include poor sound from skullcandy speaker, poor display and badly fitted DVD drive which requires manual handling to operate. Why Toshiba why.....
