I Mr. Yusuf Netterwala had purchase Videocon VT85C IMEI No :911346300014250 on dated 23/11/2013 for Rs 8,900/-. From first day I had started have problem of audio and battery drain very fast. So thought to give it your service centre so had called to service helpline and they gave me trusted service centre name and address. So same day I went to service centre called SAI ELECTRONICS on dated 06/12/2013. So they gave me the job card (Job No : MUM0612130030) and they said that I will receive the SMS when tab will be ready. So till Friday(13/12/2013) they didn’t bother called me nor I have received any SMS. After I called them for the same they had told me that tab had returned from the company saying that charging pin is damage and for that I have to change the mother board and its chargeable (Rs. 2,000/- without company warranty). When I gave the tab to service centre there was no problem with charging or so but I don’t know how it got appears and my main problem for what I gave the tab to service center is not repairable because my tab is out of warranty.nnDONT BUY IT FOR FREE ALSO!!!!
Pros: n1. Nice bright Display, less PPI, but still beautifulnn2. Light weight nn3. Touch response is very goodnn4. Good For SurfingnnCons:n1. Camera is 5 mpx but its below average :(nn2. Charger's Wire is very small..:(nn3. Not good for Gamersnn4. Headphone quality is poor like micromax nd Karbonn..:(nn5. Battery Life is not good & also it takes too much time for charging...
