The Huawei Ascend P6 represents the Chinese smartphone manufacturer`s biggest attempt yet to join the Android elite. It boasts a level of design and a range of quietly innovative features that are in many ways worthy of Samsung, HTC, LG and Sony at their best. Overall User Rating (4.2 Out of 5 based on 83 ratings)
Overall: Please anybody don't get confused with review by Mikael Chuaungo. These are the mistakes he have written in his review. I hink he have not used the phone and just reviewing blindly.
1. The phone is povered by Huawei K3V2 chipset (quadcore cortex-A9, 1.5GHz ) and not Mediatek MTK6589T (Quad core Cortex-A7, 1.5GHz).
Cortex A7 core have lesser perfomance than A9.
2. Ram on lower priced phones are 1GB, here it is 2GB.
3. GPU is 12 Core in P6 while that is PoverVR SGX544 in MTK chipset powered phones. That causes a big difference.
4. Huawei has better service support than any other chinese/ Indo-chinese manufacturers.
5. Gorilla glass 2 is a rare addition in cheaper phones.
I don't tell Huawei Ascend P6 is a very good phone. But it offer something good at that price range with some excellent looks.
The best alternative is XPERIA ZR with kicking ass perfomance at same price range range...
