Display and Outfit

 

The Acer Gateway 4250S (UN.Y2ASI.113) sports a 15.6-inch HD Gateway LED backlit TFT display which renders high amount of brightness and has a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is encased in a glossy black coloured outfit which definitely looks appealing but may get affected by scratches and smudges easily. It has a thickness of 33.2mm and a weight of 2.6kg.

 

Processor and OS

 

Doing duty on the inside is a 1.9GHz AMD dual-core A4 3330MX processor coupled with a 2GB DDR3 RAM which functions at 1,600MHz and is further expandable up to 8GB via two DIMM ports. The presence of the inbuilt AMD Radeon HD 6480G graphics processor takes care of intensive games and movies. It ships with 64 bit Linux OS.
