Acer Aspire E1-531 (NX.M12SI.018) Laptop (Pentium Dual Core 2nd Gen/4 GB/500 GB/Linux/128 MB)

I purchased it from a local dealer about one month ago and I 've been using it ever since. It is without a doubt the best laptop you can buy at this price. The machine specification, style, build quality... everything about it is great. Considering the fact that this is an entry level laptop; it works well with everyday tasks like browsing, watching movies etc. It handles HD videos quite well. I also play games in it without any problems. I installed windows 7 -64 bit and it works like charm. Driver CD is included in the pack. nGiven below are few points because of which I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop at this range.nn1)Good looks that competes with its bigger brothers.(people would think you're lying about the price!)n2)Build quality and keypad/touch pad(multi touch and customizable) arrangement is good.Fun to type in it.(Build quality is better than those Gateway ones)n3)Good webcam.n4)It is giving me around 5 hours battery life.n5) Good ventilation system( even after long hours of usage it wont get heated all that much..you could feel the hot air escaping through the left side ventilation if you put your hand there! so my lap wont get fried as I place it on my lap mostly!)nnand here are the windows experience index scores.nprocessor : 6.1nRAM : 5.9nGraphics (aero) : 4.6nGaming graphics : 5.8nPrimary hard disk :5.9nBASE SCORE : 4.6nnIt is not cutting edge; but it is more than enough for someone who is an everyday laptop user with tasks like browsing, lite gaming, movies, music etc and not intending to run heavy games and graphics.
