when i brought this item i thought it was a little bit not good item. but when i used then it was jaw dropped service. i used this product since two years it was never lagging or never too much heat. i used basically for downloading. my lapy continues on 24 hours somebtime and daily average 11 hours. bt it still not produce too much heat. in this time my lapy power backup two hours. this is tha best lapy i ever saw in such a low price. i suggest viewers when it available just go for it. it never disappointed you. or sound and pictures quality is too good. just go for it
