The Acer Aspire E5-471 (NX.MN2SI.005) poses a 14-inch HD LED backlit display which looks quite sharp with a native resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Running on Active Matrix technology, the TFT Colour panel offers visuals with increased brightness.
Under the hood, it features an Intel HM76 Express chipset housing a fourth generation Intel Core i3 processor clocked at 1.7GHz. To assist the CPU in executing multiple tasks, it dons a standard 4GB DDR3 RAM whose capacity can be further expanded up to 8GB via two unused DIMM slots. For better management of rich games and videos, it depends on the 256MB Intel HD 4000 GPU. It runs on 64 bit Linux OS.
Camera and Storage
The Acer Aspire E5-471 (NX.MN2SI.005) comes with an Acer Crystal Eye webcam which can record HD videos and an in-built microphone for handling video calling needs of the user. The 500GB SATA hard disk operates at 5,400rpm and offers plenty of storage space. It even has a SuperMulti DVD Drive with dual layer support so that you can load data on disks and retrieve them when required.

Fuelled by a 6 cell Li-ion battery, the Acer Aspire E5-471 (NX.MN2SI.005) is capable of delivering service for up to 7 hours on the trot.
