Nice product on this price segment! OS not installed! Says Linux/Ubuntu operating system! Disappointed :(
u can increase its ram but need to be open whole laptop also it will void warranty i think.but u can stay with 2gb for normal usage like watching movies and playing youtube.gud to hve a dvd writer inbuilt to load data burn dvds.battery backup cud be better.sound and display quality is best.according to my experience best laptop under 20k if can compensate with ram.windows 8.1 working great and no problem at all when use it for my office.want to give 5 star but i leave 1 star because of 2 GB ram. if u want to buy just go for it.
