The Acer Aspire ES1-572 (NX.GKQSI.001) laptop comes around mid range budget and offers some cool features. You can hang around the system for hours since the battery backup is good and there is also ample amount of storage available for saving data. However, a dedicated GPU or preloaded Windows OS was clearly expected in this budget.

Display and Configuration

The Acer Aspire ES1-572 (NX.GKQSI.001) laptop comes with a 15.6-inch LED backlit TFT LCD display and features a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. For running the system, there is a 2GHz Intel core i3 processor from the the sixth generation aided by 4GB of DDR3 RAM. For better multitasking, the user can increase the RAM capacity upto 16GB as per desire. The laptop boots on Linux operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture.

Body Looks, Input Devices and Battery

The laptop is well crafted in a black coloured shiny body with round edged corners. It measures 381 x 258 x 24.6mm and weighs 2.4Kg. In order to input data in the system, there are two common devices - a touchpad with multi touch gesture support and an Acer finetip keyboard. Acting as a stamina provider, is a 4 cell li-ion battery which claims to render a backup upto 6.5 hours. 

Camera, Storage and Connectivity

The user can make use of an integrated webcam for video calling and recording purposes. In terms of storage, one can store a collection of files in the 1TB SATA hard disk present inside the system. Connectivity options include a Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, one USB 3.0 slot, two USB 2.0 slots, an SD card reader, a headphone jack and a microphone jack.
