Verdict
The Acer Switch is a nice 2-in-1 laptop which carries a mid-range price laptop. Some of the features of this device are good but the feature that is best of all the features available is the amazing display. Also, it's not just about the display the design aspect of the device is also quite attractive. Apart, from the display and design, the performance of the device is quite dependable, but it does not resonate with a topnotch performance. The storage capacity of the device and the battery is not that good, so if you are expecting it delivers big time in the battery aspect, then you need to rethink. Although, it is a good pick for those who are looking for a laptop with 2-in-1 feature in a mid-range price category. 
Display and Storage

The Acer Switch Alpha 12 sports a 12 inch LED Backlit QHD Multitouch display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels. As far as the storage is concerned, the device has a mere 256GB SSD which can be considered as an average storage capacity. 

Configuration and Connectivity

On the performance front, the device is powered by an Intel Core i5-7200U (7th gen) processor with a clock speed of 2.5Ghz. While the processor is coupled with an 8GB LPDDR3 RAM which facilitates the process of multitasking. The Intel HD 620 graphics processor comes in real handy for gaming freaks. The regular connectivity options comes with this device include - Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth v4.0.  

Battery, Camera and Input Device

The battery component of the device consists of a below par 2 cell Li-Po battery which lends an average battery backup. While just at the top of the screen the front webcam is positioned which provides quality video calling and like most other laptops the video recording is done in HD 720p.the input devices that come with this include - a touchpad with multi-touch gesture support and a standard notebook keyboard.
