The Amazon Fire HD 10 2017 64GB is a suitable option if you are looking for a large-screen tablet, specifically for entertainment. Presence of full HD display along with a massive storage and Dolby speakers simply adds to its entertainment quotient. Despite being loaded with better features, it has been launched at a more affordable price than the previous version.

Display and Configuration

The Amazon Fire HD 10 2017 64GB offers a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with a sharp resolution of 1,200 x 1,920 pixels. The tablet weighs around 500 gram and has a good size-to-weight ratio. The sharpness of the big screen comes from the density of 224 pixels per inch.

The Amazon tablet is mechanized by a pair of processors working with two cores each, clocking at the speeds of 1.8GHz and 1.4GHz respectively. A chipset of MediaTek assists the processor to get the performance a notch higher. The processor is further coupled with 2GB RAM which enables multi-tasking to a great extent.

User interface and entertainment

The Amazon Fire tablet has been equipped with a modified version of Android that offers a deeper integration with the Amazon services. Built-in features like 'For You' and 'Try this next' suggest personalized content like music, videos and books according to your preferences. Dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support makes it an excellent device for entertainment.

Camera and Storage

Similar to 32GB storage variant, the Amazon Fire 64GB too comes with both front facing as well as a primary camera. The primary camera comes with a 2MP lens which is enabled with digital zoom and can click images up to a resolution 1,600 x 1,200 pixel. The 0.3MP front-facing camera enables video calling and basic selfie clicking on the go.

This large-sized tablet has been given a big internal storage capacity of 64GB. However, as usual, the user available storage is 54.1GB. This storage can be further expanded up to a massive 256GB via a microSD card.

Battery and Connectivity

The Amazon Fire HD 10 2017 64GB tablet gets all its needed fuel from a Li-ion battery which is big enough to keep this large-sized tablet up for a long period.
