Display and Design

11.6-inch Apple MacBook Air MD712HN/A laptop sports HD LED-backlit glossy widescreen display, and Its screen resolution is 2,560 x 1,600 pixels to give a wonderful visual experience to the users. It weighs only 1.08kg and comes in full white color body. For input devices it has 78 key full size backlight Chiclet style keyboard and a trackpad with double-tap, drag, four-finger swipe, inertial scrolling, pinch, rotate, tap and two-finger scrolling options. 

Architecture

This Macbook Air notebook is powered by 1.3GHz Intel Dual Core i5 4250U 4th Generation processor with 3MB shared L3 cache. The clock speed could be increased to up to 2.6GHz using Turbo Boost. It has a 4GB LPDDR3 type onboard memory (RAM), which has a speed of 1.6GHz. Its graphics processor is Intel HD 5000 graphics. 

The laptop operates on OS X Mountain Lion and can be upgraded to OS X Mavericks, which is the latest and most advanced OS from Apple.

Storage and Entertainment

Apple Macbook Air possess 0.3MP FaceTime camera (front camera) with 720p HD recording. It has 256GB solid-state memory (flash memory) which allows faster disk transfer. The audio devices include omnidirectional built-in microphones and stereo speakers. I is s also provided with stereo speakers, dual microphones and a headphone port.

Communication and Ports

Communication purpose of the laptop is catered by 802.11n Wi-Fi wireless, IEEE 802.11a/b/g compatible and Bluetooth4.0. For networking, connectivity and other purpose, it comes with numerous options, which include USB 3 Ports, Thunderbolt port, MagSafe 2 power port, VGA port, microphone jack and headphone jack etc. 

The Li-Po built-in battery of the machine gives up to 5.5 hours of usage and 30 days of standby time.
