Bluedart, the logistics partner, is not trustworthy. I was at home all the time, no one showed up. But the tracking the order section on bluedart kept showing "Delivery attempted, but premises closed" a complete lie. And this kept repeating for several days. Snapdeal gives you a decent deal financially, but don't jump into a decision if you are expecting time-bound action. Snapdeal's top competitor in Bangalore promised to deliver in 2-3 days, but delivered in under 24 hours. Snapdeal, buck up if you want to gain customers.
