Verdict
The Asus company has nailed it by launching a 2-in-1 Chromebook at such an affordable price, making it easy for the buyers who are tight at budget. The touchscreen is quick to respond and the battery backup is good. Performance wise, although the Asus Chromebook C100PA-FS0001 laptop has an average configuration and is preferable for simple usage but still is a worth buying. It is a perfect choice for people such as travellers, students, writers etc. who are looking forward to buy an inexpensive Chromebook.

Display, Body Looks and Configuration

The Asus Chromebook C100PA-FS0001 laptop flaunts a 10.1-inch wide view angle LED backlight glare panel touchscreen display. It has a screen resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels and boots on Google Chrome OS. The laptop is well designed in a black coloured body which measures only 0.90Kg and measures 262.8 x 182.4 x 15.6mm. Inside, there is a 1.8GHz ARM Cortex-A17 quad-core processor seated upon RK3288C chipset for driving the system. It is coupled by 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and an onboard ARM Mali-T764 graphics engine.

Storage, Camera and Input Devices

The user can create a library of files in a 16GB solid state drive, when it comes to storage needs. The user can enjoy video calling and shoot recording due to the presence of a webcam present above the bezel. The laptop features two common input devices - a touchpad with multi touch gestures support and a full size keyboard.
