If we are looking for a low budget laptop with pretty decent configuration, Asus K55A-SX464D could be a right choice. DVD RW driver, graphics processor, HD webcam are some astonishing features for such a low cost. All it lacks is a copy of pre-bundled OS.

Asus K55A-SX464D laptop has a 15.6 inch HD Glare Display with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Cases in a white body, it has standard keyboard and touchpad as input devices.
  
Hardware and OS

The Asus laptop functions on 1.7GHz Intel Celeron Dual core B820 processor. RAM out of the box is only 2GB, but could be increased to up to 8GB using the two unused memory slots. The operating system is pretty basic Disk operating system (DOS), so you might need to upgrade to a better OS.
 
Memory, Camera and others

The laptop comes with 500GB SATA type hard disk drive (HDD) with 5400 HDD speed. The HD webcam allows quality chat and clicks. The laptop also carries a dual layer supported DVD SuperMulti Drive. The audio devices include built-in microphones and Altec Lansing speakers.    
 
Battery and connectivity

In order to stay connected with other devices, the laptop features Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, HDMI port, USB port, Ethernet etc. It has a 6-cell Li-ion battery life for uninterrupted 3 hours of laptop usage.
