The BLU Energy X2 is basically an ideal choice if you prefer a stylish look and great battery backup. But from these, the handset is a clear disappointment as it completely fails to impress on other grounds. One can easily get a robustly configured set with features such as fingerprint sensor, Gorilla Glass, IR blaster, super fast charging, AMOLED display etc., around this budget.

The BLU Energy X2 flaunts a 5-inch IPS LCD HD (720 x 1,280 pixels) display. The device is a bit heavy in weight at 190 grams, but flaunts a premium design. Driving the smartphone, is a 1.3GHz Cortex A7 quad-core processor aided by 1GB of RAM and Mali-400 MP2 GPU. It boots on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) which is very user friendly.
Camera and Battery
Coming to camera, the handset is armed with an 8MP back shooter and a 5MP selfie snapper. The phone is fuelled by a 4,000mAh li-ion battery which claims to render a backup upto 3 days in standard usage and can withstand upto 30 days in standby mode.
