The Blu Life Max is a decent package overall. It brings a large screen space with good configuration and battery backup, which makes it a decent entertainment package. However, you might be disappointed if you are looking for phone with good photography capabilities.
Display and design
The Blu Life Max comes with a large 5.5 inch display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution that results into a pixel density of 267 ppi. The black-colored phone gets a faux leather back cover which gives it a premium look. The Life Max runs on the latest Android v6.0 Marshmallow OS, and equips a fingerprint sensor for additional security.
Under the hood of the Blu Life Max, runs a 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core Cortex A53 64-bit processor, paired up with 2GB RAM and Mali-T720 MP2. The configuration efficiently handles day to day tasks and most of the games available on the Google Play Store.
The Blu Life Max is packed with an 8MP camera with LED flash, auto focus and a range of useful features including High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), Face detection, Touch to focus etc. The camera can also record videos of up to 1080p resolution @ 30fps. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone comes with a 5MP front camera with fixed focus selfie flash.
Storage, connectivity and battery
The Blu Life Max up to 16GB of data in its internal storage. In case that doesnÂt suffice, you can expand it to further 64GB using a microSD card. For connectivity, the phone is equipped with features like 4G (doesn't support Indian bands), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, microUSB 2.0 etc. It houses 3700mAh Li-ion user replaceable battery, which ensures a full day of backup on a single charge.
