Guys If you are purchasing this product buy going through its Brochure .... Get ready to be the victim of false options .... In case of Picture Quality its ok , The Overall build quality is very poor not happy with its quality I used Youtube app on the TV and after using it for 5 mins i was felt the TV was lagging 2nd and most important thing , in Brochure they have shown that you can CUSTOMIZE the Audio and Picture Mode , but the Fact you cant do anything they have fixed the options 3rd , For using the Screen Mirror option you need to install There Software CShare , but remember its not compatible with Every phone , i am usuing Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime , purchase a month back with the latest Android Version and unable to install it 4th Sound Quality is also not upto the mark Lastly , i will suggest you guys one thing if paying Rs 18000/- for this TV where so many problems exist please dont buy this product .. I ordered this TV on 13th April 2017. It Delivered on 17th April 2017. Please call to on same time to flipkart when you received. Because after we give confirmation to filpkart they generate installation process. then TV will be install after 48 hours. After installation of TV remote of this TV got faulty in 2 Days. Air-Mouse, Arrow key and OK button not working on Remote. then I log a complaint at cloud walker toll free no they generated call log new remote received after a week. I am giving this review after using 1 month. Picture Quality= Picture quality is good. Colour and Brightness is good. 720P videos run OK and 1080p Videos run but audio not support. I giving 6 out of 10 marks for Picture Quality. Sound Quality= Sound quality is very good. it having front firing speaker. Sound is very good for a Hall. I gives 7 out of 10 for Sound Quality. Remote Quality= Air-Mouse function is very good in this TV. Remote having multiple function. But remote having very poor quality. Remote work with USB dongle connected at back side of TV and having connectivity issue with dongle. If we connected pen drive at another slot then remote not connect to dongle. Need to improve Remote quality. Build in Quality= This TV came with wall mountable Kit. Engineer installed TV on Wall. Built Quality is ok in this Range. Body of this TV is OK. Connectivity= This TV having below mention Ports 1 HDMI Port = your can connect Set top Box, Laptop 2 USB Ports = 1 is use for Remote Dongle, 2 for connect pen drive, USB mouse- Keyboard, USB external had disk supported on This TV but only One drive seen in TV, another drive not seen, You have to use External hard drive by creating only One Drive. MTP devices like mobile and Camera not support on this TV. VGA PORT = VGA port is for connect Desktop computer and connect laptop having VGA Port. AV PORT = It also have Audio Video input for connect Non HD Set top Box. Old DVD Player. Power Consumption = This TV only Take 60 W it is OK Smart Function= This TV comes with Android 4.0 OS. All app are working fine. You Tube, Hot star, Jio TV, Jio Cinema working OK Without buffer on JIO Hotspot. Screen Mirroring= This TV having Cloud TV server app build in. This app only run with TV connect to WI-Fi you can play any Video, Audio and Pictures from your Phone. But can not mirror your actual Mobile screen at TV. You can not use this app when your TV connected to your mobile Hotspot. You have to connect to WI-FI router or another Mobile Hotspot. TV and Mobile have to connect in same network. When we play HD videos with mobile Hotspot Video play with Buffering. IF your TV remote not operating then you can operate your TV by Cloud TV App. I am Satisfied with this TV.
