Got this product....yesterday ..superb 4k result...cool functions..smartest TV ...
I have bought this Smart TV on my birthday. I had a problem with a screen, There were few dead pixels on the screen. Made a complain to Flipkart, the company was cool about and made a replacement in a week. After that replacement again got defected product with the same dead pixel problem. Flipkart told me we could't replace it so we gonna make a refund. I said oki. I got my refund and all in few days. Placed an order again NOW FINALLY GOT PERFECTLY FINE SMART TV. Few thing i keep in mind : - 1. Flipkart is awesome. They made their deadlines. 2. CloudWalker is great company, they had few problems with QC pass but company trying there best. 3. Now main thing - Never ever buy any stupid extended warranty plan from jeeves. that company is big scam. I have bought 2 years extended warranty plan with my first purchase but so far flipkart had to refund me after canceling the order that money should be refunded by them to me. Well i had made millions of call and they are still saying sir" we need more days blaaa blaa bla..." Don't buy or trust Jeeves - Get your installation - kick them out - Enjoy your Smart TV. -Cheers
