Infinix Zero 8i would not be supporting 5G. The device would be coming with Dual 4G Bands.

  • How to enable VOLTE on Infinix Zero 8i ?

    D

Answered By Dhruv Banerjee | 8 days ago

You don't need to enable VoLTE. Insert the Jio (VoLTE enabled) in any slot. By default, VoLTE will be active. If it is not, you can change the network preferences from Network option in settings.

    1. Go to Settings > Call Settings (Sim and Network)
    2. Tap Cellular networks > Enable Voice over LTE On/ Off.

Alternatively, you can follow a much easier way:

    1. You can simply dial *#*#4636#*#*
    2. Choose Phone information.
    3. Click " Phone Information" and Toggle VOLTE Provisioned.
    4. Restart the phone and you are done.

  • How to hide or protect apps on Infinix Zero 8i ?

    D

Answered By Deepabali Arun | 8 days ago

Many phones these days provide an inbuilt app locker. You can find this option as App Locker, generally under the Utilities option. You can simply open the option and select an app which you wish to lock. Now everytime you wish to open that app, you will have to enter the phone lock password or authenticate using fingerprint sensor, if your phone supports fingerprint.

Alternatively, if your phone does not support this feature, you can download the app named app locker from play store.

    You can find it here.

    Configuring it is easy.

    1. Download App Lock from the Google Play Store.
    2. You will be asked to set a pattern lock when you launch it for the first time.
    3. Then you need to configure an E-Mail ID for security and backup purposes.
    4. Under the Privacy tab, you can find a list of apps installed. You can select any one of them to lock.
    5. Now whenever you open the app you have locked using AppLock, you will be asked for a password.
    6. You can also unlock it using your fingerprint.

  • How to set custom ringtone on Infinix Zero 8i ?

    D

Answered By Dhatri Rana | 8 days ago

Well, sometimes you watch some movie and you want its tune as your ringtone. Happens right? It happened with me last when I watched Sherlock. Remember that violin tune.? Yes, so I got the tone and copied it to my phone by simply emailing and downloading it to the email ID configured on my phone.

    1. Once there, navigate to Settings
    2. Open the sound section
    3. Find the Phone Ringtone option and open it
    4. Select a local ringtone and select the ringtone which was copied
So, you are done. Each time your phone rings, you listen to your favorite tune.
