The Datawind Ubislate 7SC Star is best suited for reading and surfing internet mostly due to its 512MB of RAM and single core processor. If you are planning to buy an affordable tablet for basic usage, you can consider this one.

Display, Build and Configuration 

The Datawind 7SC Star comes with a 7.0-inch ips display with a resolution of 480 x 800 Pixels and pixel density of 133ppi . The pixel density is quite low which means the images rendered are not very sharp. This tablet has a waistline of 10.7mm and it weighs 270 grams.

Android v4.4.2 is the operating system that operates this tablet. The processor is single-core 1.3GHz Cortex A7 processor based on Mediatek MT8312 Chipset. It is coupled with 512MB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU.

Camera and Memory

This tablet sports a 2MP main camera with digital zoom, this tab comes without any flash. The front camera is a VGA one.  It comes with a 4GB internal memory which can be expanded further upto 16GB with the help of a MicroSD card.
