The Dell Inspiron 11 3158 is a decent laptop overall for day to day usage, it can also be carried around easily due to its compact dimensions. However, the low HDD space and lack of a dedicated GPU is bummer. So if you are looking for a laptop for basic day to day usage then you should opt for this nice looking touchscreen laptop.

Display and Design

The Dell Inspiron 11 3158 (Z563101HIN9) Laptop ships with 11.6-inch HD truelife LED- backlit display with wide viewing angles. The laptop is 19.0 mm thick and weighs 1.3Kgs, which makes it light and easy to carry around. The laptop comes dressed in metallic silver body, and looks great. A touchpad with multi-touch gestures support and a full-sized keyboard has also been included as input devices. The laptop further sails on the latest iteration of Windows 10 OS.

Configuration and Storage

The Inspiron 11 3158 comes equipped with Intel Core i3-6100U processor that hails from 6th generation and clocks a decent speed of 2GHz. The processor is further paired with 4GB of DDR3 RAM for daily usage. All the basic graphical needs are taken care of by an onboard Intel HD 520 GPU. In terms of storage space the laptop has decent 500GB of space for storing important data. 

A webcam has also been embedded just above the display, that serves the purpose of video recording and video calling.  

Connectivity and Battery

The device comes with various connectivity features such as WLAN, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 USB 2.0 slot, 2 USB 3.0 slots, an HDMI slot, and a media card reader. All the solutions related audio has been provided by stereo speakers with its technology from Waves MaxxAudio. In terms of battery the laptop is further equipped with 3 cell li-ion battery pack, that provides massive backup of up to 11 hours.
