Service is completely hopeless, did ask for replacement on 1st of Sept. 2014 as there is problem with the DVD drive, touch pad and keyboard on the inspiron laptop received on 28th August 2014 after discussing with the Dell technical support. Whenever you follow-up on the status with the flipkart customer care, they reply that still need another 24hrs. They have already wasted ~8*24=192hrs without any resolution or action on my return request. Moreover, no one calls up to inform the status on my replacement request. And every time you have to explain the entire issue with the new customer care rep. you speak with.
