Overall: Hi, DO NOT BUY this laptop. One of the worst laptops the market has for its exorbitant price. Instead buy a inbuilt windows OS laptop. Quality of the product is very very poor. I recently installed genuine version of windows 7 and I'm repen...

Verdict
Despite being available at a reasonable price, the Dell Inspiron 14 (3442C4500iBU) is loaded with some features which are extremely rare in this range. Some such features include a standard 4GB RAM, HD webcam, tray load optical drive, 2 high speed USB ports and impressive speakers. The poor processor will cause problems though.

The Dell Inspiron 14 (3442C4500iBU) has been designed to offer sharp and bright visuals with a 14-inch HD LED TrueLife display that sports a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It looks quite professional in the completely black outfit which has a thickness of 25.4 mm and an impressive weight of just 1.9 kg.

On the inside, the laptop is equipped with a 1.7GHz Intel Celeron dual-core 2957U processor belonging to the 4th generation series and sitting on QM87 Express chipset. To assist the processor, there is a standard 4GB DDR3 RAM which operates at 1600MHz and can be expanded up to 8GB. The demanding videos and games are handled by the integrated Intel HD 4000. It runs on 64 bit Ubuntu OS.
