As per my DELL 15 R is concerned , this gadget is quite attractive and mesmerizing to use.It has good backup and over all system is functional well.But I feel this ultra slimness of the LCD casing is the main concerned for future problems to the screen ; it is soft and you can bend it easily that may break anytime when apply pressure accidentally. LCD casing needs to be improved in its toughness and reliability.Well If you are looking for a cost effective one this is a choice,but you must be careful.Good luck !
We had ordered this laptop few days back and we have received it on 31st Dec. When opened a laptop, the box of the laptop was pressed from one side and the screen of the laptop was broken. Even the invoice copy and Thanks letter was also tore. Cant belive such transit service by reputed online mega store. It was my first experience and became last experience. When we called and launch the complaint, the courier agency asked me to drop the laptop to their depot... I would suggest to all not to order such costly product from such online store.
