Overall: Pros:-Nice battery backup... (5 hours on power saving mode ,set by me)over cloacking 3.1 GHZbacklit keyboard.. (not mentioned by fkart)sleek body... cons:-no power indicators...

The Dell Inspiron 15 3542 (3542781TB2B1) Laptop (Core i7 4th Gen/8 GB/1 TB/Windows 8 1/2 GB) possess a high definition 15.6-inch LED display screen with True Life; the screen resolution is 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is made of 25.6 mm thick black color body and the input devices include multi-touch gesture supported touchpad and full sized spill resistant keyboard.

The Inspiron laptop is powered by fourth generation core i7 4510U processor clocked at a speed of 2GHz with Intel QM87 Express chip. For best performance, 8GB RAM comes along with the device which is further configurable to up to massive 16GB via two given memory slots. 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 820M graphics is provided to take care of the visual and gaming requirements.
