I am using this lap from last 5 months. I bought it from local retailer. Specs are good and it gives the performance as I expected. Battery backup is awesome. Getting 6 to 7 hours (Really amazed) battery life when browsing, downloading (through WiFi network), film watching and when running other basic softwares. Lap is super cool, there is no specific heating regions.nAfter 3 months its keyboard got some problems and i contacted them through dell support toll free number and i got replacement keyboard with a service engineer in the second day,in my home!!. Perfect service.nComes with dell power manager lite app. Very useful for protecting your battery from over charging While plugged in and gaming. It has an option to select primarily ac usage. also there are a lot of options to customize battery charging. True color app really works on windows 8.1 but have problems in windows 10. You can replace your keyboard with a backlit one if available. Only two LEDs. one for caps lock and. other for charging, hdd etc.nOverall thin laptop with good specs in a glossy black finish, cool,calm and powerful while operation. Backed up with 6+ hrs battery life and 2yr warranty. GO AND GRAB.
it is having two graphic engine intel hd 5500 of 1gg and nvidia 920m of 2gb memory not 4 gb .nAnyway no lags for the games that has to be played on 4gb ram . games that recomended nto be played on 8gb ram, got a lag when you set the graphics higher ,while on medium graphics it runs better . Its so heavy may be more than 3.5 kg. it is having windows 10 upgradable os.they used two slots for ram, nncons : no backlit keYboard,!n heavy , not compactnpros : heavy lap for heavy gaming :-P
