The laptop is just awesome at this price tag. Good battery life, good performance.
I have order "Dell Inspiron 5558" from this seller on 5th Feb and I received on 15th Feb. The quality really look like a used product.n - Product packaging was not good. It looks like package has opened before.n - On laptop bellow the keyboard on right side there has some glue sticky available. Looks like there was something labels and it removed later. nIts already took 10 days to deliver this laptop. Now I place and order to replace this product to flipkart. Now they have given me the date of 29th Feb, that means more 14 days to return this defected product. I dont know why its taking too much time.nAnd why flipkart does not verify that the seller is trying to sell faulty product?.nWhy should I spend 50 thousands for this laptop, rather to buy it from local shop. nNow I need to think before to buy it from flipkart, because I had a trust on flipkat.nNow I requested to cancel my order. I dont want to replacement also. Because what is guaranty that the newly returned product also not a faulty one.
