Suave and stylish are two words with which you would want to describe the Dell Inspiron 15R 5537 with its brilliant 15.6-inch display with Truelife and a display resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Encased in a Moon silver aluminium body, it is sure to attract attention wherever it is carried.

Processor and OS

The heart of the laptop is powered by a 1.8GHz Core i7 4th Gen processor built on Intel's HM86 Chipset. The latest in hardware, ensures that you have absolutely no difficulty running heavy applications or using it on the fly with ease. Alongside the processor, it comes with 8GB of DDR3 RAM which can be further expanded to 16GB using two additional empty slots which are provided.

Being powered by the Latest AMD HD8850M mobile graphics processor means it can seamlessly run multiple application which require a high video rendering, with ease. Windows 8 is the bundled OS with this device and it is sure to give a seamless performance time after time.

Camera, Multimedia and storage

The Inspiron 15R comes with a 1.2MP front camera with dual microphones to record high quality video and audio at 720p. The inbuilt speakers are powered by the waves audiomax architecture, which is sure to deliver the best possible sound quality at any given moment. A DVD RW drive is provided for added multimedia options. All your media and important documents can be housed on the 1TB internal HDD which runs at 5400 rpm and provides excellent read write speeds.

Connectivity and Battery

The laptop comes with all the modern connectivity options such as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, ethernet, HDMI slots and 2 slots each of USB 2.0 and 3.0 respectively. All this is powered by a 6 cell Li-Ion battery which is expected to give an average running time of 3 hrs.
