TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The film was made in Northern Ireland, by Cinemagic International Film and Television Festival for Young People, as a project that would give the young and mostly unexperienced members of the cast and crew an opportunity to work with and learn from the professionals of the film industry and acquire skills for life.

This film was made almost entirely in Glenarm and ironically, it was made at a time when Glenarm Castle Estates was involved with dirty dealings with the local council to have a completely inappropriate building development on the same site where the Potter's Glen factory was set.

First top billing in a movie for Robert James-Collier.

Shauna Shivers McAtamney's debut.

Pierce Brosnan also played a Mr. Shepherd in The World's End (2013).

Popular Dialogues

"Narrator: And remember, Christmas is the time for giving. All I was given last year was the 'flu."

"[last lines] Narrator: Well, this is certainly gonna be a Christmas we all remember. The year a wee girl showed us what Christmas really means: friendship and forgiveness. But the greatest gift of all is love. Or, in my case, socks. Again. Merry bloomin' Christmas to the lot of you."
