'Agni Sakshi' is the second remake of the Hollywood film 'Sleeping with the Enemy'. The first remake being Yaraana starring Madhuri Dixit and will soon be followed by another remake called 'Daraar' starring Juhi Chawla.
Nana Patekar won a national award for the film.
The film was big hit at the box office.
Among the three Indian remakes of Sleeping with the Enemy, it was only Agni Sakshi which found success at the box office, the other two remakes, Yaraana and Daraar were rejected by the audiences.
