Bade Acche Lagte Hain is one of the most popular soap operas to come from the Balaji Telefilms stable. The show has a rather unique storyline with the added dramatic finesse of producer Ekta Kapoor. Revolving around a rich guy who lives with his step mother and step siblings, Bade Acche Lagte Hain shows how he falls in love with an unlikely girl who comes into his life right through marriage. The story follows how two opposite families come together to embrace this feeling of love. It is nothing like other popular Indian TV content, which is usually known for long-drawn emotional scenes or unfunny, slapstick comedy. In fact, it is a refreshing departure from the generic, and shows a realistic representation of the scenarios that take place. Plus, the chemistry between Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar makes the show even more watchable across its hundreds of episodes.
