TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

Christian Bale, when asked what his favorite movie was, named this as his favorite comedy. Though he's only ever watched it twice.

According to Bernie Brillstein, Chris Farley was so disappointed in this movie that he cried on Brillstein's shoulder after the first screening.

Chris Farley's brothers, both Kevin and John, appeared in this movie as cops, right before Chris disappears behind the cloud of smoke. Their scene was shot during an evening shoot at the Hindu Temple Society of Southern California in Calabasas.

Chris Farley performed most of the martial arts stunts himself. But, at one point, he was injured on the set while doing one of his own stunts. When he was trying to hide like a ninja and jump through the wall - during one take he dove into the wall and hit a stud which did not break.

Chris Farley demanded that Chris Rock co-star in this movie, and at one point would not do the movie without him. They both started Saturday Night Live on the same day. Farley's best days on the set were the days that Rock was there.

Popular Dialogues

"Haru: Do not worry. A ninja knows when he is in danger. [Tanley and his men fire machine guns at them] Haru: Now we are in danger. We are really in danger."
