STORY

Story
In 1912, during the Mexican Revolution, the border between Texas and Mexico is on flames due to savage raids by Mexican bandits who call themselves freedom fighters, so the US government entrusts to General Pershing the capture of General Héctor Córdoba, the most notorious among them.

Francine York told an interviewer that she had no problem being topless in the movie. She said when she was offered the role, she thought, "I have beautiful breasts, so why not?".

Released in the US by United Artists on a double-bill with Underground (1970) starring Robert Goulet.

In the UK it was released as the supporting film in a double bill with the third Virgil Tibbs film, The Organization (1971).

George Peppard was considered to replace Pete Duel--his co-star in this film-- in the series Alias Smith and Jones (1971) when Duel died after the second season., but the show was canceled.
