TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The film makers appealed quite extensively via local newspapers in and around London for volunteers to play the parts of the zombies.

The pension home was robbed a week before shooting began on the film.

The character of Ray was specifically written for Alan Ford to play.

An earlier version of the film had a lot more instances of the f-word being said throughout. This was subsequently toned down in post-production.

An extra scene with the vultures that are seen at the start was nixed because said vultures were so expensive to rent.

Popular Dialogues

"Eric: Those things are vampires! We need crucifixes, garlic, silver, holy water, and Christopher Lee! Ray Macguire: No, you soppy tart, those things are fucking zombies!"

"Ray Macguire: So, where do we go now? Terry: Out the front door. Ray Macguire: Oh, for fuck's sake. That's great. Listen everyone, we've just been rescued by Laurel and fucking Hardy."
