The word 'Dooto' is featured in hidden ways throughout the movie which is in reference to 'Ruffa-Dooto' the nickname of the dog of one of the director's oldest friends.
There were 12 separate dolly grips on the movie, including the director and lead actor.
An interesting story however, the idea is taken from the 2007 Russian film 'Timecrimes': 'Los cronocrímenes' (original title). This is a nice re-imagined English language version with a new plot.
