When the Digi-Egg emerges from the computer in the first part, the text in the background is from Psalm 109.
A deleted scene showed Tai and Kari's dad coming home late at night after the scene when Agumon grew huge destroying the top bunk of their bunk bed (segment 1 "Eight Years Ago").
The third segment takes place after Digimon: Digital Monsters: The Crest of Kindness (2000).
The references to Willis were not in the original Japanese version, because "Our war game" was in continuity and "Hurricane Touchdown" was out of continuity, therefore in "Our War Game" Willis/Wallace did not exist.
The first time Digivolution occurs is in this movie (continuity wise of course).
"[Giant Agumon leaps over a passing truck] Man 1: Whoa! Did you see that? Man 2: No, I was sleeping. Man 1: But you're driving!"
"Davis: There's only one rule: Only I can kiss Kari."
