In the "Really Big Shrimp" movie, one of the movie titles shown playing at the Premiere Theater where Josh works is "Now She's Carly", a reference to cast member Miranda Cosgrove's new show iCarly (2007).
A flashback from The Amanda Show is used when Drake and Josh were fighting over the shrimp thrown by Penelope and Barney. This was intended as the series finale, but the final three episodes did not air in order.
