TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The only sequel in the Ghoulies series to be given a theatrical release.

The original ending was re-written on set.

Last entry in the Ghoulies series to be produced by Charles Band. Band sold the rights to Vestron in order to get money to try to save Empire Pictures, which was struggling financially at the time.

Was originally rated R, was re-rated PG-13 for the home video release despite little to no editing. (The shots cut from the film are available on the Scream Factory Blu-Ray release and contain more gore and severed limbs)

This film and its predecessor were caught in a "moral panic" in the 1980's accusing the popular culture of endorsing and glamorizing witchcraft, the occult, and satanism.

Popular Dialogues

"Patty: Have you seen my little Muffy? Zampano: Who hasn't? Patty: I mean my kitten, musclehead!"
