Haadsaa is a 1983 thriller, starring Akbar Khan, Ranjeeta, Naseeruddin Shah, Smita Patil, Amrish Puri and others. Asha is married to a rich, but impotent man, by her father, for money. She is sexually frustrated and yearns for love. Asha ends up seducing a car mechanic who repairs her car. But he doesn't wish to go ahead with her anymore, as he is in love with another woman. Asha finds out who she is and prepares to do away with her. She won't let anyone stand in the way of getting what she desires.

In this film, Rakhee Gulzar was replaced by Smita Patil and Amjad Khan was replaced by Naseerudin Shah due to misunderstanding with the maker Akber Khan.
