Don Vito didn't read the script for the movie. Instead, director Bam Margera simply coached Vito on how he wanted him to interact with the other characters before each scene was shot. Hence, all of Vito's reactions are real.
In the scene where Falcone and Valo are smearing poop on the garage door, the song in the background is the original Doctor Who theme song remixed.
Ryan Dunn's real-life ex-girlfriend sued Bam Margera due to her portrayal in this movie. She eventually settled out of court for $40,000. On Chris Raab's "Bathroom Break Podcast", Bam Margera confirmed this fact, and that the ex-girlfriend spent the money on breast implants.
In the grape eating scene the female with her face turned away from the camera decided right before shooting she wanted to become a teacher. She still agreed to shoot the topless scene, but did not want her face shown.
Bam Margera's character is called "Valo" and was named after Ville Valo, the lead singer of European rock band H.I.M. (for whom Margera has directed numerous music videos).
"Don Vito: No, what are you doin'? Those grapes ain't for you."
"Glauren: What I need right now is heavy metal music, hard drinkin, mayhem, shit you can't offer me right now, okay Ryan? Ryan Dunn: Who are you? You don't even like fast music - you don't even drink. Glauren: [indignant] Yeah. Before I met Hellboy. You know what your problem is? You always want shit to stay the same, okay? I need to get out there. I wanna play the field - of dicks. [beat] Ryan Dunn: Eww."
