TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The character Arthur Blue (Coyote) is loosely based on fetishistic painter Robert Blue (son of actor Ben Blue).

The film was originally rated "X" by the MPAA due to the sex scene between "Blue" "Eli" and "Candy" but was re-rated "R" after director Bobby Roth edited the sex scene.

Popular Dialogues

"Blue: How do you like my paintings? Liliane: You reduce women to objects. Blue: That's called art."

"Blue: How come my paintings don't sell? Eli: You paint things people are ashamed to hang on their walls."
