The film opens with the entrance of Nawazuddin Siddiqui. He portrays Laila, a magician, a cyber scammer, and a kind brother, all packed into one character. Laila (Nawazuddin) and Babloo Rawat are the central characters in the plot (Tiger Shroff). Babloo Ranawat is RJ in the film, and he is a different guy than he was in the first movie Heropanti. Babloo is a tech genius who continuously avoids Laila's attacks while simultaneously courting Laila's sister, Inaaya. Tara Sutaria(Inaaya) plays Tiger Shroff's romantic lead. The pair fall in love but are forced to split paths owing to unanticipated complications. When they reconnect, action-packed adventures ensue, as the rest of the public wants Babloo dead. The plot reveals Laila's scheme to steal wealth from every Indian resident through his software, Pulse. The plot depicts Babloo's decision to leave India and embark on a new era in his life.

Ahmed Khan rejoins Tiger Shroff after filming the Baaghi series. The plot takes second place to the promise of witnessing a stunning bloke participate in a high-action duel, as it has in his prior flicks. The first portion of the film is somewhat off and needs some time to indulge you, but after the intermission, there are plenty of stunts, scares, and twists, with just enough spice and pyrotechnics to have you amused. Ram Chella-Lakshman Chella, Parvez Shaikh, and Kecha Khamphakdee shine in combat scene bits. Still, the movie also features some incredible action sequences in which the protagonist and even his smartphone escape a massive blast.

Will Babloo eventually catch up to Laila, who consistently appears to be ahead of everybody? Will his romance, millionaire Inaaya Saran (Tara Sutaria), Laila's sister, lead him into greater difficulties and create an obstacle for him? Is it a clever ruse for Babloo or the other way around? As the tale continues, elements unveil themselves in layers, managing to keep the viewer captivated. Both Tiger's fiery on-screen anger and the heavy action scenes are captivating. His seeti-maar dialogue, 'sabko aati nahi, meri jaati nahi,' fits his character and antics well.
