TRIVIA

Trivia

Bobby Lockwood's first acting role where he has an American accent as opposed to his natural British accent.

Honey 3 was filmed in South Africa.

Unlike Honey 2 (2011), which at least featured Lonette McKee and Lauriann Gibson reprising their roles along with Honey Daniels' dance studio serving as an important plot point, this installment has little connection to the original film with the only ties being canonical references to the first film and Melea Martin mentioning having trained at Honey's dance studio.

This film, along with The Perfect Match (2016), are Cassie Ventura's first acting roles in 8 years since her role in Step Up 2: The Streets (2008) which is another dance film.

First film in the series to go straight-to-video as despite Honey 2 (2011) being released straight to DVD and Blu-ray in the US it received a theatrical release internationally.
