Carina Palmer's first feature role. Prior to this, she appeared in a handful of extremely graphic mondo short films directed under the collective title of Necro Blue (originally called Blue Snuff) by filmmaker Marian Botulino (he and the films aren't listed on IMDB). They included her first onscreen nudity.
After a chance meeting with Jesse Franco and Lina Romay at a film festival in Munich, Franco cast Carina Palmer to make two films at the same time: this one and a detective thriller called Ballad for a Dead Harlot. But when she flew to Spain to start production, the producers weren't ready to start Ballad, so they just filmed Incubus. Ballad ended up never being produced.
