In the scene after the fight where the Lana, Mai and Zoey are sitting in the common room talking about the dead pledge, there is a black and white OK banner hanging in the background. This banner shows a well-known optical illusion featuring a cup formed by two faces looking at each other.
At one point in the movie Lana's cell phone rings and we hear that her ringtone is "Come Clean" by Hilary Duff. Lana is played by Hilary's sister, Haylie Duff.
